Paleo- Bread
My wife and I always try to find healthy alternatives to our vices in life. I am a bread junkie but I realized if I wanted to watch my midsection dwindle I had to take bread out of my diet. My wife introduced me to this wonderful recipe because I kept complaining about how much I missed my sandwiches. Thanks Baby, I love You! This shut me up real quick, it also resolved another vice of mine, the sweet tooth. I added some honey to sweeten up my second batch and I was in absolute shock how good they were.
Pre Heat oven to 200 Degrees
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Milled Flax Seed ( available at wally world)
1 Tbs Baking Powder
4 Eggs
1/3 Cup of Olive Oil
1/2 Cup of water
Pinch of sea salt

Step 1:
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl once all the ingredients and completely mixed add the four eggs and the EVOO

Step 2:
Once the batter is completely mixed apply the mixture into a baking pan covered in wax paper. I hardly experiment with wax paper but I coated the pan with Pam and applied the sheet. I also applied a coat of Pam on top of the wax paper before applying the mixture. Smooth the mixture evenly into the pan and bake for 20 Min or until firm.

Step 3:
Once the BAD ASS BREAD is done remove from the oven and allow it to cool. Cut it into squares and you have a great replacement for bread, cakes, etc. TOO EASY!
