Breakfast
I try a wide variety of omelet recipes, and I must admit I get a lot of guy grief in the process. All of a sudden it is anti-masculine to know your way around the kitchen or know how to prepare a good old fashion omelet. It comes with the territory! This omelet is a great way to pack some Omega-3 and extra protein into your diet.

3 Eggs (1 Yolk)

Meusli
I learned about Muesli from a good friend who taught me a lot about working out and nutrition. Meusli is packed full of good stuff a lot of grains, and flax seeds. Add a little wheat bran some Goji berries, and a scoop of whey protein (optional) and your breakfast will never be the same. Plus it is quick and easy, perfect for people that are on the go. Push the cereal to the back of the pantry! This cereal can be served hot or cold. Heat cereal in Microwave for 3-4 Min
* If you reside in the El Paso area Meusli and Wheat Bran can be found at Sun Harvest or Albertsons.
